Short, as it should be.
A monthly membership with no term does not need an elaborate refund policy. It needs one you can read in a minute and predict the answer from.
The first month
If the first sweep report lands and the house is not what you expected, say so within fourteen days of taking the standing and that month is refunded in full. You keep the report. You paid for it and taking it back would be pointless.
We ask why, once, and do not argue with the answer.
After that
Leaving stops the next payment; it does not refund the month in progress, because that month has been watched. Leave on the second and cover runs to the end of it.
Addenda removed mid month are prorated by Stripe automatically, so taking a ward off the standing refunds the unused part without anybody having to ask.
If the house fails
If a month goes unwatched, the written account is not produced, or a takedown we said had been pressed was not, that month is refunded whether or not you raise it, and the house tells you rather than leaving you to notice.
A takedown a platform refuses is not a failure. Pressing it was the service, and you will have seen the filing and the response.
Marks
Marks are not money and are not refundable, whether spent, unspent or expired. Where a month is refunded under any clause above, marks drawn in that month are restored rather than paid out.
How to ask
Call or text 888.73.CYBER, or reply to any message from your custodian. There is no form. Money goes back to whichever card was charged, usually inside five working days, and Stripe sends the confirmation.
